 As snowbirds, we need a home watch service to protect our home while we’re away.  Fran & Dan have proven why The Prescott Area Home Watch is the premier service in the Quad-City area.  They’re incredibly responsive and thorough, and a pleasure to work with. 

 Dan and Fran Russell kept watch over our house for the winter and spring and did a superb job. They were very flexible and did many duties admirably including periodically driving the car.  Just as an example, they caught a water leak in the front yard which turned out to be a leak on the city side. I called up the city who took responsibility and promptly repaired it. I would strongly recommend them. 

We never worried about our home with the Russells keeping watch and providing us with a text immediately and a detailed report every time.

They checked our home carefully and even found a small leak from a bathroom valve and were able to mitigate it.  They checked our home and property, picked up our mail, took pictures as needed and sent us a text immediately and a full written report after every home check.  These two are trustworthy, competent and you should hire them when you are away from your home. 

As seasonal Prescott residents, we needed to find someone to check our home while we were away for six months each year. We sat down to visit with Dan and Fran about our needs and quickly came up with a plan that was perfect for us. We settled on bi-monthly visits that included thorough inspections, inside and out. Dan and Fran always followed up promptly with a detailed report and addressed any possible concerns. It was such a comfort knowing our home was in good hands while we were out-of-state. Not only are the Russells honest and reliable, they are knowledgeable. We feel fortunate to have found them!
